The Transition & Recovery Support Programme, funded by Welsh Government, provides support to Local Authorities as they work towards becoming net-zero carbon by 2030. 

Focussing around the four key themes of Welsh Government’s decarbonisation route map; buildings, land use, transport and procurement, the programme will deliver a range of support including toolkits, commissioned research on interventions to achieving net-zero, training to build knowledge and expertise, and events to facilitate sharing of best practice. 

This webpage will be updated regularly with information on the programme and provide a bank of resources to support Local Authorities on the journey to decarbonisation.
